Benjamin Ergas

Benjamin Ergas is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the cleantech and investment sectors. Currently serving as Geschäftsführer at Zasso GmbH since June 2019, Ergas oversees European R&D and commercial operations for Zasso Group AG, a leading Swiss company specializing in innovative, non-chemical weed management solutions. As Co-Founder and Partner at EFW Capital Advisors AG, established in January 2009, Ergas focuses on identifying and empowering companies that address Energy, Food, and Water scarcity. Previous roles include Co-Founder and CFO at OMNIS Biotechnology S/A, where a demonstration plant achieved significant outcomes in biological waste transformation, and co-founder at EcoAdvance, an environmental consulting firm acquired by OneCarbon. Early career experiences include positions as a Research Analyst at Coghill Capital Management and various roles at Morgan Stanley in corporate finance and M&A.
