Michael Potstada

Michael Potstada has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Michael started their career as a Research Assistant at the University of Mannheim in 2010 and worked there till 2015. During this time, they gained valuable research experience. In 2012, they joined InnovationLab GmbH as a Project Manager and remained in this role until 2014. In 2015, they co-founded and served as a Managing Director at bajomi analytics. Michael continued in this role until 2016 when they founded their own company, Zasta, where they currently serve as the Founder and CEO.

Michael Potstada has a diverse education history in the field of Business Administration. Michael began their academic journey in 2006 at Universität Passau, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration & Economics, completing it in 2009. Building on this foundation, they enrolled at University College Dublin in 2009 to earn a Master of Science degree in International Management, which they completed in 2010.

In the same year, Potstada also attended Esade, where they pursued a Master of Science degree in International Management within the CEMS program. Continuing their academic pursuits, they joined the University of Mannheim in 2010 and successfully completed a Ph.D. in Business Administration in 2015, further refining their expertise in the field.

Potstada expanded their educational experiences by spending the academic year 2012-2013 as a Visiting Scholar in Business Administration at Stanford University.
