William McQueen

William McQueen is an experienced technical leader with a strong background in software engineering and performance optimization. Currently serving as Technical Team Lead at ZAVA, McQueen has successfully integrated a new German lab partner onto a diagnostics platform and collaborated with NHS to support Covid testing. Previously at athenahealth, McQueen held multiple senior roles, including Principal Member of Technical Staff, where contributions included optimizing Oracle database performance and enhancing the Clinical Quality Engine for various healthcare measurement programs. McQueen's career began at Amazon.com as a Software Development Engineer, following a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
