Steven

Steven JR Bancroft has a diverse work experience in CNC machining and programming. Steven, JR started their career as a CNC Machinist/Welder at American Pulverizer in 2006, where they worked for over a decade. In 2017, they joined Seiler Instrument & Mfg. Co. Inc. as a CNC Machinist before moving to SIM Surgical later that year. At SIM Surgical, they served as a CNC Mill Lead/CNC Programmer until 2024. Currently, Steven is working as a CNC Lead Machinist/Programmer at Zavation Medical Products, LLC, where they started in 2023.
