Erik Menckel

Erik Menckel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and commercial roles across various industries. Currently serving as the Commercial Director at Zaver since November 2024, Erik has also co-owned Defunc and Moment Hotels since January 2015 and January 2016, respectively. Prior to these roles, Erik held multiple positions at Charge Amps, where responsibilities included Regional Director Nordics, Country Director Sweden, and Chief Commercial Officer. Earlier in the career, Erik was CEO and Co Owner at ActiWay, focusing on wellness benefits, and worked as a Sales and Marketing Manager at Falck Healthcare. Additionally, Erik founded Visavi, which provided employee assistance programs. Erik began the career as a consultant at Michaël Berglund AB, specializing in executive search. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of Sydney and a BA in Business from Stockholm University.
