ZB Group is proudly embarking on an invigorated chapter, now guided by a dynamic new generation of leadership building upon a rich and respected family legacy. Since 1979, we have been recognized as a trusted manufacturer of high-performance leather and textile motorcycle protective wear and gloves. Today, ZB Group stands as an independent entity, dedicated to pushing the boundaries of innovation, ensuring uncompromising quality, and fostering strong, collaborative partnerships worldwide.

We offer our customers comprehensive solutions at every stage, from initial design concepts to the final ready-to-market product. Our expertise extends to handling all technical aspects, including a strong track record in CE certifications. We have developed robust relationships with leading European laboratories, enabling us to efficiently manage all technical files, sampling, and correspondence, effectively taking the complexity and hassle of compliance approvals off our clients' shoulders.

Our state-of-the-art, 30,000 sq. ft. facility in Sialkot is a testament to our commitment to excellence. Here, over 800 skilled professionals meticulously craft each product, supported by 500 advanced stitching machines imported from Germany. Our vertically integrated operations include an LWG-certified in-house tannery, capable of producing 6 million sq. ft. of premium leather annually, ensuring complete quality control from raw material to the final stitch.

We proudly export 100% of our products to discerning markets across Europe, the UK, and the USA, consistently meeting and exceeding the highest international standards. ZB Group's dedication to responsible and ethical manufacturing is underscored by our ISO-9001, BSCI, and SA-8000 certifications.

Our commitment to customer service is as robust as our products. We offer responsive communication channels, including regular visits to customer offices on short notice and 24/7 e-meetings to ensure seamless collaboration across time zones.
