Jim McCormack is an expert in learning and development with over 13 years of leadership experience in designing and executing training and quality strategies in the digital marketing and recruiting sectors. Currently serving as the L&D Manager at ZBeta, Inc., they previously held the position of CEO at RKW Training and have worked with organizations such as Accenture and Indeed.com in various training roles. Jim holds a BA in Humanities with a major in Psychology from Dublin City University and continues their education at New Horizon, Dublin and the University of San Francisco. Passionate about leveraging diversity, equity, and inclusion, Jim aims to drive corporate objectives in fast-paced environments.
