Alexa Ramthun

Alexa Ramthun currently serves as Regie and Realisation for the documentary film department at ZDF and works as a reporter for the investigative format "Die Spur." Since January 2020, Alexa has been a reporter for Y-Kollektiv within the funk content network of ARD and ZDF. Additionally, a position at WDR has been held since April 2015, including roles as a reporter and show producer for 1LIVE and host of the psychological format "Besser so." Responsibilities in this capacity involve moderating thematic weeks for the WDR Instagram channel and producing content for podcasts. Alexa also contributes as a coach in the WDR children's studio and has experience assisting in the production of television and radio programs. As a co-founder of Vervest Films from October 2023, prior experience includes writing for Intro Magazin and completing a full-time editorial internship. Alexa holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Sciences/Social Psychology from the University of Cologne and has training in systemic coaching and change management from the INeKO Institute at the University of Cologne.
