ZDR Industrial - The Group's newest fund is open to the general public. As part of the collective investment, shareholders have the opportunity to participate in a portfolio of long-term leasehold properties of smaller size for production and storage. The fund was launched in September 2022 and three months later, in December 2022, the first property was acquired into the fund.
