Ranj Bath is currently an advisor at Zeality. Ranj was previously the Chief Marketing Officer at Cogni from January 2018 to December 2020. There, they were responsible for building product launch strategy involving development and distribution of lifestyle video content, multi-platform thought leader and social media influencer programs and experiential activations. Prior to that, they were the SVP, Global Head of Consumer Marketing at Blippar from January 2016 to December 2018. Before that, they were the Vice President, Corporate Strategy & Business Development at Apple from January 2013 to December 2014. And before that, they were the Vice President, Marketing and Digital Strategy at Desi Hits | Universal Music Group from January 2006 to December 2012.

Ranj Bath completed a BSC (Honors) in Biotechnology at the University of Westminster. Ranj is currently a Guest Speaker at Columbia Business School, where they address issues related to biotechnology.
