Prior to Zearch, Tom worked as a Senior Executive Search Consultant at Kingston Consulting, focusing on senior searches for Enterprise Software Vendors. Before that, Tom worked as an Area Manager at GlaxoSmithKline, where Tom drove sales within the Retail vertical by managing 250 clients and driving sales and brand awareness directly.
