Sandra Douqué

Sandra Douqué is a partner at zeb and a member of the zeb management board, specializing in operational excellence for regional banks. With over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, Sandra has led numerous projects focused on process management, efficiency, and intelligent automation, particularly within cooperative banks in Germany. They are also a mentor at the Initiative Women into Leadership and a lecturer at the Akademie Deutscher Genossenschaften and Raiffeisen Campus. Sandra is trained as a bank and IT management professional, holding degrees in business administration and financial management.
