Jegatheesh BS is a ServiceNow Solution Architect with extensive experience in solution consulting, development, and administration. Having worked in various roles at AVASOFT, they have developed a strong foundation in web development as well as ServiceNow IT Service Management, including administration, configuration, and custom solution design. Currently employed at zeb, Jegatheesh collaborates with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored ServiceNow solutions. They are pursuing multiple postgraduate diplomas in Computer Application Security and Information Technology and Network Security at Conestoga College, alongside a Bachelor’s degree in Cloud Technology and Information Security.
