Tord has extensive experience as a Business Consultant and Chief Operating Officer, emphasizing holistic approaches to technology, business, and personnel challenges. Previously, Tord held roles including Technical Project Manager at Amedia, where leadership facilitated complex technical integrations, and Scrum Master at Sykehuspartner HF, aiding in cloud and infrastructure architecture. Tord's background includes leadership of an infrastructure team at DNB, managing network security engineering, and prior work as an IT architect with the Norwegian Armed Forces. Tord holds a Master’s degree from the University of Stavanger and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Forsvarets ingeniørhøgskole.
