Jacob Jacob is a Regional Manager and Principal Consultant for the India, Middle East, and Africa regions at MU Six Sigma Biz Dev Group at Motorola. They led the Motorola Malaysia Center during the CMMI Ver1.2 assessment, achieving Level 5, making it the first assessment of its kind in Motorola. Jacob previously served as Quality and Software Engineering Manager at Motorola Malaysia and held various roles at Motorola, including Strategic Software Engineering Consultancy and Business Development Manager. They are currently the Master Black Belt and Head of Process and Quality Design Center for India and Sri Lanka at Zebra Technologies. Jacob holds a degree in Commerce from Christ University, Bangalore, and an MCA from the University of Mysore.
