Larry Hawker

Larry Hawker is a Principal Acoustic Designer at Zebra Technologies and has been an independent consultant since 2015, specializing in acoustic design for over 25 years. They previously served as a Senior Audio/Acoustic Designer at Research In Motion from 2003 to 2015 and held various roles, including Acoustic Designer at Nortel Networks and Associate Research Officer at the National Research Council Canada. Larry holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering (Acoustics/Vibrations) from the University of Windsor, along with a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Waterloo and the University of New Brunswick, respectively.
