Michele Searing, PMP, is a results-oriented leader with extensive experience in project management, business process improvement, and product lifecycle management. Michele held key roles at Symbol Technologies, Motorola Solutions, and Zebra Technologies, where they successfully led business transformation initiatives and managed cross-functional teams. Prior to these positions, Michele was the owner of Shoreham Medical Support Services, providing medical billing and consulting. Michele is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Industrial Management from Stony Brook University and a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.
