Tom Noble

Tom Noble is the Senior Director of Global Benefits at Zebra Technologies, where they have worked since 2024. With eighteen years of experience in HR outsourcing, benefits design consulting, and corporate benefits, Tom previously held positions as Director of Global Rewards and Manager of Health and Welfare Benefits at US Foods. Earlier in their career, they served as Benefits Service Manager at Hewitt Associates. Tom earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication from St. Norbert College and enjoys traveling and spending time with family.
