Sohrab Manesh

Sohrab Manesh currently serves as Partnerships Manager at Zebricks since June 2024, focusing on fostering patient advocacy relationships. Prior to this role, Sohrab worked at BenchSci from October 2021 to January 2024 as an Enterprise Scientific Liaison, where responsibilities included aligning product offerings with the needs of leading pharmaceutical executives and scientists. A significant part of Sohrab's career includes a tenure at the University of British Columbia from September 2014 to October 2021, first as a Research Scientist leading R&D efforts in spinal cord injury research, then as a Graduate Research Assistant, contributing to innovative research and mentoring students. Earlier experience included a role as a Research Laboratory Technician at UBC ICORD and teaching assistance during studies, which culminated in a PhD in Neuroscience from the University of British Columbia in 2020, following a BS in Cell Biology and Genetics completed in 2013.
