Zebrix Group is a Texas-based veteran-owned commercial roofing and HVAC contracting company serving state agencies, federal facilities, and institutional clients across Texas.

Founded by Navy Corpsman veteran Zack Butler, Zebrix holds SDVOSB and Texas VetHUB certifications and operates as a prime contractor delivering roofing, building envelope, and mechanical services to government and institutional customers.

What We Do:

Zebrix prime contracts commercial roofing systems, building envelope work, and industrial HVAC and refrigeration across Texas — managing vetted subcontractor networks while maintaining direct oversight of project execution, safety compliance, and quality control on every engagement.

Beyond project management, Zebrix leverages AI-powered operational technology developed through Blind Mice Labs to deliver faster scoping, inspection reporting, and facility intelligence than traditional contractors — compressing timelines and improving accuracy from kickoff through closeout.

Our Approach:

We bring quantitative discipline to the trades. Our leadership combines Fortune 50 risk and trading experience with 35+ years of commercial mechanical contracting, building real operational capacity rather than paper certifications.
