Lisa Edwards

Lisa Edwards is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently, Lisa serves as the Executive Chair and President & COO of Diligent Institute, overseeing key functions for a $600M SaaS company. Lisa is also a member of the Board of Directors for Colgate-Palmolive and Qualtrics, while contributing to the Council on Foreign Relations and LogicMonitor. Previously, Lisa held multiple executive positions at Salesforce, including EVP of Strategic Business Operations and Global Corporate Services, driving operational excellence and digital transformation. Earlier experience includes leadership roles at Visa, where Lisa managed global business development, and founding ValuBond, Inc. Lisa's academic background includes an MBA from Harvard Business School, a Master of Science in Cybersecurity Risk and Policy from New York University, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Stanford University.
