Ruslan Dautov

Ruslan Dautov is a Site Reliability Engineer in Cloud Operations at ZEDEDA since October 2021, where responsibilities include triaging incidents, improving monitoring, automating workflows, and collaborating with development teams. Prior experience includes contributions as a Software Engineer on the open-source EVE-OS project for distributed edge computing. Dautov served as a Research Assistant at Shenzhen University's Big Data Institute from 2015 to 2021, focusing on big data analytics and machine learning, and founded HPCD Lab, a multi-cloud SaaS platform for cloud cost optimization, recognized among the top 30 outstanding foreign entrepreneurs in China. Dautov's consulting work includes a brief role with the International Finance Corporation, and earlier research assistance at the Russian Federal Nuclear Center. Educational qualifications comprise a Master's degree in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science from the National Research Nuclear University, a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kazan State University, and ongoing pursuit of a PhD in Computer Science at Shenzhen University.
