Iain Walker

Iain has broad experience in law, accounting, audit, real estate, private equity and corporate services.

Iain’s career has stretched over 23 years, building a broad experience that covers law, accounting, audit, real estate, private equity and corporate services in the jurisdictions of England, Guernsey and the British Virgin Islands.

After qualifying from Nottingham Law School in the late 1990’s Iain spent circa 5 years in practice before moving to Guernsey to take his accountancy qualifications with PwC. On qualification Iain gained further experience in fund accounting and fund administration for a leading administrator in Guernsey. Iain then spent 6 years in the BVI, heading up a large team responsible for corporate and fund administration. Upon returning to Guernsey in 2017 he took on a senior role leading the corporate services real estate team for a local financial services company and sat on boards of over 40 property companies.

Iain is a Fellow of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) with a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice (LPC) and Post Graduate Diploma in Law (PGDL).
