Jason Bloom

He is responsible for managing the day-to-day administration of a wide portfolio of UK based trusts, corporate trusts and corporate structures. Jason also assists in establishing and onboarding trusts and English companies and the ongoing administration of those trusts and companies including the set up and provision of payroll services to companies where required. Jason started his full-time working life as an attorney and high court practitioner in Johannesburg where he practiced for 8 years. Having relocated to Jersey (Channel Islands) he worked as inhouse counsel for 2 separate leading international financial services firms in Jersey from 2004 to 2010. During this time Jason also requalified as a solicitor (England and Wales) in 2009 and worked for a Jersey based firm of English Solicitors simultaneously with his role as inhouse counsel. Subsequently, Jason relocated to the North-West of England in 2011 where he briefly worked as a Court of Protection solicitor before returning to the financial services industry when he joined what is now Zedra in 2013 to focus on the administration of trusts and corporate trusts.
