Jon Olson

Jon is an expert in South Dakota Trust Administration, US Litigation, Asset Protection, Dynasty Trusts, US Estate Planning and Fiduciary Law.

Jon is a licensed South Dakota Attorney with over seven years’ experience as Claims Counsel at CNA Surety Company, managing surety litigation throughout the United States. In his most recent past, Jon was Assistant Vice President of a nationally charted US bank trust department and Managing Director of CISA South Dakota Trust Company.

Jon is an active member of the State Bar of South Dakota, Sioux Falls Estate Planning Council and the South Dakota Trust Association.

As well as supporting clients with South Dakota Trusts, Dynasty Trusts and related Estate Planning affairs, Jon has over 24 years’ military experience as an officer in the Air National Guard.
