Lynnette Noden

Lynnette maintains effective and collaborative working relationships with her Trustee Boards and their advisers.

Lynnette has over 30 years of experience within the pensions industry, in a variety of roles for both in-house and out-sourced pension arrangements and became an Associate of the Pensions Management Institute (APMI) qualified, in 1994.

Lynnette joined the Inside Pensions team (now part of ZEDRA) in 2014, where she provides secretarial and pensions manager support services on a range of matters to DB and DC clients. Lynnette is the Lead to a scheme which is in wind-up and provides secretarial and pensions manager support on a range of matters which includes for example the drafting of member and scheme communications and dealing with complex discretion cases.

Starting her career in administration, Lynnette moved to the mergers and acquisitions team where she assisted in the negotiations on pension terms and ran member communication workshops around the UK. Lynnette’s other roles have been project based included working for Capita within their project implementations team and at NatWest within the Mis-selling and Compensations unit.
