Marc Feider

Marc is the founding partner of Allen & Overy in Luxembourg and heads the Luxembourg corporate practice. He specialises in private equity, mergers and acquisitions, securities and stock exchange-related work, takeovers and joint ventures. He has 35 years of experience advising clients across all sectors, particularly financial institutions, private equity, insurance, energy, communications, media

and technology.

Marc is a member of the American Chamber of Commerce in Luxembourg (AMCHAM), the American Business Association of Luxembourg, the Business Association Luxembourg – Russia, the Luxembourg Banking Lawyers Association (ALJB), the International Bar Association (IBA) and a founding member of the Luxembourg Arbitration Association. He is also a board member and a member of two committees of the Luxembourg Directors’ Institute (ILA).

Marc acted from 2000 to 2008 as Managing Partner of the Luxembourg office of Allen & Overy and as Senior Partner from 2008 to 2018.
