Mike Capraro

Mike has a master’s degree in Business Administration as well as an international Capital Markets Qualification and an Advanced Certificate in Compliance.

Mike has more than 34 years’ experience working in the funds services industry. He specialises in establishing funds and is highly experienced in a variety of fund operations, including compliance, investor administration, asset administration and valuations. He also specialises in fund management, including directorships, governance and company secretarial services.

Mike began his career specialising in financial services in South Africa before moving to Jersey in 2000, where he worked as a director responsible for fund administration. He was also the Founder and Managing Director for a Jersey based fund services provider where he served for four years. Before joining ZEDRA, Mike was employed by a top financial services provider as a Director of its Funds and Corporate division.
