智泉季 is currently the head of high-end recruitment for ZEEKR and has been since 2021. From 2017 to 2021, they served as a recruitment manager at Geely Automobile Group, specializing in high-level talent acquisition, including executive searches and R&D recruitment in the new energy industry.智泉季 holds a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and automation from Ningbo University of Technology, which they completed in 2018.
