Patrick Spain serves as the Chairman and CEO of Newser, LLC since December 2008 and is a co-founder of First Stop Health, LLC, providing virtual care solutions since April 2011. In addition to these roles, Patrick holds the position of Executive Chairman and Chairman & CEO at PrivCo, and has been a board member at Occasion and Zeel Networks, Inc. Patrick's extensive board experience includes significant contributions to Opportunity International and CommunityHealth, among others. Educational qualifications include a BA in Ancient Roman History from the University of Chicago and a JD from Boston University.
