Danolia Reddy

Danolia Reddy started their work experience in 2008 as a Team Leader, Regional Facilitator, and Campaign Manager at The Creative Counsel, where they were responsible for planning and organizing advertising campaigns and managing a team of six Project Coordinators. In 2013, they joined Avon Justine as a Literature and Design Developer, Strategic Support Developer, and National Trainer, where they created and managed sales and marketing collateral, designed incentives and events, and mentored Sales Leaders. In 2017, they worked at Zapper App as a Communications and Brand Specialist, responsible for developing and implementing brand communication strategies, managing the brand analytics model, and leading the Brand Communications Team. Danolia also briefly served as an Account Manager at Zapper App. From 2019 to 2022, they worked at Jonsson Workwear as a Community and Digital Marketing Leader, developing and implementing the digital marketing strategy, managing social media platforms and the company website, and implementing internal communication strategies. Currently, they are a Marketing Manager at Zeelo, a leading staff transport solution in South Africa, where they utilize technology and data to optimize transport routes and achieve net-zero ambitions.

Danolia Reddy attended Danville Park Girls High School from 2000 to 2004. Danolia then pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Marketing at the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika from 2005 to 2008.
