Katrina Ryan has extensive experience in customer success and event management across various industries. At the Data & Marketing Association, Katrina served as Director of Membership Customer Success, effectively managing a $7.2M portfolio and leading a team to achieve 100% Gross Revenue Retention. In the role of VP of Customer Success at WorkFusion, Katrina achieved notable metrics, including 117% Net Revenue Retention and was recognized with President’s Club honors in 2023.
