Kasper Mönnich

Kasper Mönnich is a seasoned retail consultant with extensive experience in project management and employee communication. They served as a Senior Project Manager for Omnichannel, Communication, and WFM at HEMA from 2010 to 2018, as well as holding roles focused on People Experience. In earlier positions, Kasper worked in database marketing at Het Nederlandsche Muntenhuis and project management at Lidl Nederland. Currently, they are the owner of Employee1st and serve as a Program Manager for Future Store Tech at Zeeman textielSupers. Kasper completed their education at Hogeschool van Amsterdam between 2000 and 2004.
