Richard MATHIS has a long and varied work experience in sales and business management. Richard began their career in 1998 as a Sales Manager for ISoft, where they were in charge of lead generation, prospection, and closing business for their Decision-Tree based Data Mining solution. In 1999, they joined Borland as a Corporate Sales Manager, Team Leader, and Account Manager, where they closed deals with major OEM accounts and end customers. In 2007, they moved to PTC as an Account Director and Strategic Account Manager. In 2010, they co-founded XebiaLabs, where they started the business from scratch and took it to a $5M ARR run rate. Richard also built a team of 10 and established XebiaLabs as a strong brand in the DevOps space. In 2020, they joined Digital.ai as Vice President Sales for EMEA. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Datadog as Regional Sales Director for France, and Zeenea as VP of Sales.

Richard Mathis obtained a BAC B with a Mention Bien from Lycée Georges de La Tour, Metz in 1991. Richard then went on to pursue a Prépa HEC - Voie Economique at the same school from 1991 to 1993. Afterwards, they attended ICN Business School from 1993 to 1996, where they earned a Diplome ICN bac+5 in Marketing et vente.
