Chetan Bais

Chetan Bais is the co-founder of ZeepleWork, where they are building agentic HR solutions at the Human–AI edge. They have over 18 years of experience in building and scaling software products across data, AI, and automation, including leadership roles that shaped enterprise data platforms at Wells Fargo and drove product strategy in the data and AI space at LTI’s Fosfor products unit. They have worked across startups and enterprises, including AugmentIQ Data Sciences, Larsen & Toubro Infotech Ltd, and multiple positions at Tata Consultancy Services for Ericsson AB, Canada, and Nortel Networks, Canada. They earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Telecommunication from YCCE in Nagpur (2003–2007) and completed higher secondary at Hislop College (2001–2003) and secondary at Somalwar High School (1991–2001) in Nagpur.
