Kyle James Walker

Kyle James Walker is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in data engineering and software development. Currently serving as a Senior Principal Engineer for the Data Platform at ZEFR since May 2013, Kyle leads a team focused on managing vast amounts of data for industry-wide applications. Additionally, Kyle organizes events for Data Con LA since August 2022. Prior experience includes a tenure at IGT as a Software Engineer IV, where responsibilities encompassed slot machine OS development, protocol development, and project tracking. Earlier, Kyle provided embedded systems support during a co-op experience at Sykes, collaborating with Oregon Institute of Technology and Intel. Kyle holds dual bachelor's degrees in Software Engineering Technology and Computer Systems Engineering Technology from Oregon Institute of Technology.
