Drew Munro is a co-founder and principal at LEAD for Growth, where they inspire leaders to drive sustainable business growth through management consulting and executive coaching. With a diverse background that includes roles such as VP at Molson Coors Canada and President & CEO of Grupo Modelo Canada, Drew has served on multiple boards, including the Niagara Falls Craft Distillers and the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada. Currently, they are also an Associate/Executive Coach with The Talent Company and hold advisory positions with Tradition Fine Foods Ltd. and Zehr Group. Drew’s educational journey includes pursuing a Certified Executive Coach designation from the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management.
