We are a European real estate asset manager. Our focus is on sustainable and ESG conform value creation. Since 2014, we have been investing in key real estate asset classes for private and institutional investors across Europe. Our guiding principle is that we analyse each project to see both what makes sense and has a positive impact on people, places and the planet. Consistently and with care. We primarily acquire properties and land, develop them into future-proof assets and transfer them into long term hold portfolios. Our investments in companies such as ZEITRAUM, an operator of temporary accommodation, and ZEITSTROM, an operator of real estate energy infrastructure, strengthen our position as an operator of real estate. We manage our rental apartments with HOME by Zeitgeist.
