Scott Arnott has a diverse work experience including roles in Zel Technologies LLC, US Air Force, and Zel Technologies. Scott retired from the US Air Force as a Lt. Scott Arnott completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Behavioral Sciences from the United States Air Force Academy from 1971 to 1975. Scott then pursued a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from James Madison University between 1999 and 2001.
