The principal activities of its subsidiaries consist of investment holding, property development, civil engineering and building turnkey contractor, piling and civil engineering contractor, civil technical design and construction of civil and building works, concession operator, asset and facilities management services, management and operation of motor vehicles parking facilities, contracting and supplying of building materials and construction of sewage conveyance system. The Company's segments are engineering and construction, which includes its projects in Indonesia, Middle East and Malaysia; property and development business, which includes rental income and car park income and management fees, and Investment business, which includes rental income.
