We believe customers should understand how gold is priced. We use the current 18K gold rate as a clear reference and explain any additional costs, helping customers understand what they pay for and make confident decisions.

We communicate openly about our products, pricing, and processes so customers can make informed decisions. Within our team, we share information, explain our decisions, and address challenges honestly. We believe lasting trust starts with clarity.

Zelata Gold is a gold brand focused on 18K gold, building trust through transparency, quality, and a customer-first approach. We aim to make understanding 18K gold prices and buying gold clear, accessible, and reliable, helping customers make informed decisions and building lasting relationships.
