Ruth Perez

Ruth Perez has extensive experience in financial management and business analysis across various industries. Currently serving as EPC Construction Controlling at Zelestra since 2025, Ruth previously held the position of Head of Corporate Finance and Control (CFO) at ARC HealthTech Innovation Holding from 2024 to 2025. Ruth's career also includes significant roles at FAES FARMA as Strategy & Business Controller (2019-2023), where responsibilities involved delivering financial analysis and developing dashboards and KPIs. At Sandoz Farmacéutica (Novartis), Ruth contributed as Business, Planning & Analysis Controller and Chief Accountant & Reporting Manager, playing a key role in establishing the department and developing SAP structures for profit and loss accountability. Ruth has also held various financial roles in organizations such as Viajes Marsans, Yoigo, Jazztel, ONO, and Union Fenosa. Ruth holds multiple degrees in Business Administration and Economics from Universidad CEU San Pablo and Universidad Complutense de Madrid, along with financial training from CEF Centro de Estudios Financieros.
