Tom Hart

Tom Hart is a seasoned professional in the energy sector with extensive experience in operations and project management. Currently serving as Program Director at Zelestra since September 2025, Tom focuses on optimizing project execution within solar development and construction. Previously, at NAES Corporation from November 2015 to October 2025, Tom held multiple roles including Director of Operations and Plant Manager, showcasing a strong leadership capability. Tom's background includes significant positions at NRG Energy from January 2005 to 2015, where supervision of an 11-unit fleet of combustion turbines was a key responsibility, along with roles in electrical and instrumentation maintenance and reliability engineering.
