Andy Gray

Andy Gray is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the technology and consultancy sectors, currently serving as the Director of AI Applications at Zellis since August 2025. Prior to this role, Andy Gray held significant positions at elementsuite, including Head of Customer Success and Head of Client Delivery, and contributed as a Lead Product Consultant at Gray Matter Consultants Ltd. Other notable experiences include serving as Functional Lead on an HR transformation project at Succeed Consultancy and managing test approaches and deliverables as HCM Test Manager. Andy Gray has also worked as an HCM Test Consultant at UBS and Oracle Fusion Functional Test Consultant at Pret A Manger, alongside earlier roles at Home Retail Group PLC and Phones 4u.
