Laxmi Shetty

Laxmi Shetty has worked in a variety of roles in the Human Resources field. Laxmi began their career in 2009 as a Project Assistant at Vinson and Elkins. Laxmi then moved to Bazaarvoice in 2012, where they worked as an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, and Recruiting Coordinator. In 2017, they joined Outdoor Voices as a Senior HR Manager. Laxmi then moved to Dialpad in 2018 as a Senior HR Business Partner. In 2019, they joined DISCO as a Director of People and Senior Manager of Employee Experience. In 2022, they joined Diligent Robotics as a Director of People, and in 2023 they joined Zello as a Director of People.

Laxmi Shetty received their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General from the Texas McCombs School of Business between 2012 and 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a B.A. in Psychology from The University of Texas at San Antonio between 2005 and 2009.
