Lucy Lian has five years of professional experience. Lucy began their career at Charles Schwab in 2014 as an Investor Services Intern. In 2015, they moved to Tenaris and held the roles of Account Manager, Sales Leader, and Sales Representative. In 2020, they joined Zello as a Senior Manager of the Customer Team and a Senior Customer Success Manager.

Lucy Lian attended The University of Texas at Austin from 2011 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.
