Greg Smith

Greg Smith is a seasoned Senior Product Design Engineer with extensive experience in the medical device and engineering sectors. Currently employed at ZELP Ltd since July 2024, Greg previously held senior roles at Gowerlabs and Smart Surgical Appliances Limited, where contributions included transforming academic innovations into marketable products and developing pioneering minimally invasive surgical devices. Earlier positions featured roles at UCL as Project Tutor, focusing on advancing students' design skills, and various design engineering roles across different companies, producing a diverse range of products from power solutions to retail furniture and toys. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts Honours in Product and Furniture Design from Kingston University and specialized training in SolidWorks and engineering essentials.
