Mark Mayo

Mark Mayo has a considerable amount of work experience in the field of design. Mark is currently working as a Lead UX Designer at ZELP Ltd since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Pearson as a UX Designer from June 2020 to December 2021. Mark also had a long tenure at Pearson from 2007 to 2020, where they held various design positions. Mark had a brief experience as a Designer/Developer in 2013 and worked as an Onscreen Coordinator at Edexcel Limited from 2007 to 2008.

Mark Mayo has a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Multimedia and Web Development from The University of Bolton. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications in various fields. These certifications include "Psychology of Interaction Design: The Ultimate Guide" and "User Research – Methods and Best Practices" from Interaction Design Foundation in 2021, "Accessibility: How to Design for All" and "UX Designer from Scratch" from Interaction Design Foundation in 2020, "Instructional Design Essentials: Models of ID" from LinkedIn in 2020, and "Science of Learning" from FutureLearn in 2019.
