Tom Smith is the Lead Design Engineer at MIDFIX since September 2014, where responsibilities include overseeing project work, mentoring the design team, and advancing company offerings. Prior roles at MIDFIX include Senior Design Engineer, where Tom led major projects and contributed to strategic growth initiatives, training staff on new software solutions, and facilitating the introduction of innovative, patented products. In addition to work at MIDFIX, Tom serves as an IT & Cyber Security professional at Zembr and as a Media Production Specialist at togra. Educational background includes marketing studies at CIM and diverse subjects at various schools culminating in a high school diploma with a solid foundation in history, German, English, maths, and business.
