Ash has held various roles in the field of talent acquisition and human resources. They started their career in 2020 as a Human Resources Assistant at Youth India Foundation, where they gained experience in the recruiting and onboarding process. Later that year, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Intern at The Sparks Foundation and as a Human Resource Intern at Wayup Freelancers. In 2021, Ash worked as a Human Resources Trainee at Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd and as a Human Resources Executive at GrowVation. In 2022, Ash served as an Executive and Member of Talent Acquisition at Bridging Gaps and Zemoso Technologies respectively. These roles allowed Ash to develop skills in areas such as talent acquisition, HR management, and interpersonal communication.

Ash completed a PGDM degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Ramachandran International Institute Of Management (RIIM Pune) from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, Ash obtained a B.com degree in Commerce from Sunbeam college for women bhagwanpur, varanasi from 2016 to 2019.
